Stout Ale
Clasic dry Irish. This stout is made from highly roasted malts used for color. Oats are also added for an extra creamy mouth feel. With coffee and chocolate aromas, this ale is very flavorful, but don't be fooled by color, dry Irish stouts are always light in body.
This beer pours a dark brown/black with a small head from a bottle into a pint glass. It smells of sweet malt but not too fragrant. It tastes fairly mild for a stout with a little bit of a nutty finish. The mouthfeel is fairly lite for a stout, but prefectly carbonated and very drinkable. It is fairly well-balanced with nice mild flavors. This is great even for a hot day!
