The four of us had a marvelous evening out at the Waterfront Hotel in Morgantown, WV. We tried three white wines with planked salmon and sea scallops and three red wines with prime rib and duck. A Richard Maniere, 2005 Borgogne Pino Noir took best wine for the evening. After a glass of Champagne, we enjoyed a piping hot cup of coffee and chocolate truffles.
