Otter Creek Brewery's Alpine Black IPA is a seasonal release. Yes, it's still winter in some parts of the country.
While everyone was out trying to find Hopslam this year, I enjoyed a couple of these. I wish I could have a report on this year's batch of Hopslam, but every bottle and keg vanished from the triangle within a matter of days..
Anyway.. This guys pours coal-black with minimal head. The nose consists mosly of alpine hops and citrus. Generous mouthfeel. Smokey/nutty finish. This is a pretty darn good beer. Highly Recommended!
